About Me

Elegant and graceful, Karen’s harp music adds a beautiful touch to any event or celebration. Karen has frequently played at weddings, concerts, corporate or nonprofit functions, anniversary parties, funerals, and church services for over 25 years in the Niagara Region and beyond.

Karen loves playing all types of music and can perform a variety from classical and Celtic to pop, rock, and light jazz, depending on the type of music you want for your setting.  Karen plays solo on pedal or lever harp, or with ensemble, including harp and violin. She has recorded two albums, Unexpected Journey (2011) and Simple Gifts (2006) to benefit Habit for Humanity Niagara. She is currently studying to be a harp therapist to become a Certified Healthcare Musician through the Therapy Harp Training Program.  Karen also teaches harp—passing along the joy of music to the next generation of harpists in her home teaching studio.
